Organizer : HKCS FACE Club, under Hong Kong Computer Society, is the first IT women club in Hong Kong. FACE stands for “Female”, “Attract”, “Connect” & “Engage”. The objectives of the Club include:
                   – To ATTRACT more FEMALE to choose ICT as their career;
                   – To CONNECT existing HKCS female members;
                   – To provide opportunities to our female members to ENGAGE in Hong Kong ICT and HKCS activities.

Category and Entry Fee:
– Individual: HK$200
– Group (5 members in one team): HK$1,500 / team

– Successful applicants will receive acceptance confirmation via email on or before 29 October 2018, applicants who do not receive a reply by this date must contact HKCS for entry verification before 30 October 2018.
– HKCS reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of HKCS shall be final and binding.

Awards
1. Individual Award
Prizes will be presented to the champion and the first runners up of the Male and Female individual respectively who have achieved the highest number of steps during the event period from 1 Nov to 30 Nov 2018.

2. Team Award
Prizes will be presented to the champion and the first runners up of the team which have achieved the highest daily average steps per person. (i.e. the total steps achieved by the team to be divided by the number of team members and the event period of 30 days)

3. Grand Award
One prize will be presented to the individual who have achieved the highest number of steps during the event period from 1 Nov to 30 Nov 2018.

Souvenirs
Souvenir will be presented to first 20 individuals who have achieved total steps of 400,000 and first 10 teams which achieved total steps of 1,000,000

Girls Go Tech Program by The Women’s Foundation (TWF)

Girls Go Tech is ran by The Women’s Foundation with a year-long school-based programme that aims to encourage junior secondary school girls from under-privileged backgrounds to pursue traditionally male-dominated STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) related subjects to maximise their future career options.
