Ir. Prof. Samson Tai Professor of Practice in the Department of Finance and Decision Science, Hong Kong Baptist University Convenor of Artificial Intelligence Specialist Group, HKCS Ir. Prof. Samson Tai is a Professor of Practice in the Department of Finance and Decision Science at the Hong Kong Baptist University. Previously, Samson was the Chief Technology Officer of IBM Hong Kong and IBM Distinguished Engineer. Samson has been active in public services and sits on a variety of committees, industry boards and councils. He also serves as a Director to the ASTRI Board. Samson has a doctoral and a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in computer science. He is a Chartered Engineer (CEng MIET), a Chartered I/T Professional (CITP MBCS) and a member of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (MHKIE). |

Dr. Crystal Fok Head of STP Platform, Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation Exco Member of Artificial Intelligence Specialist Group, HKCS Dr Crystal Fok is currently the Head of STP Platform at Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP). She is mainly responsible for various Innovation and Technology related initiatives in Science Park to drive technology adoption in industries, especially in Real Estate, Logistics, Banking & Finance and Professional Service sectors. Prior to HKSTP, Dr Fok was a Manager at ASTRI, managing a diverse project portfolio, such as market analysis, feasibility studies, product development and technology commercialization. She was also a Consultant at the Hong Kong Productivity Council, managing the optical design team and providing consultancy service on precision manufacturing. Dr Fok received her PhD degree in Mechanical and Automation Engineering from the CUHK and her research interests include A.I., robot arm manipulation, micro-robotics, MEMs and micro-optics. |

Mr. Alex Hung Senior Director, Head of Advanced Analytics, Manulife Investment Management Exco Member of Artificial Intelligence Specialist Group, HKCS Mr Alex Hung a practitioner and university lecturer in AI, Advanced Analytics, Big Data and Digital Transformation areas. He has been leading AI Advanced Analytics driven transformation initiatives which transformed marketing operations, customer service, customer experience management, contact center and sales operations with proven ROI value using AI and Big Data techniques in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and China. He is currently a regional head of Advanced Analytics at Manulife Investment Management, an adjunct lecturer delivering the AI, Big Data, Fintech related courses in Lingnan University and HKUSPACE. He received his Certificate of Machine Learning from Stanford Online, Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and bachelor of Computer Science from the City University of Hong Kong. |

Mr. Otto Lee Deputy Head, Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre Exco Member of Artificial Intelligence Specialist Group, HKCS Otto has ~20 years of working experience in Information Security and Cyber Security, with focus on Cloud Security, Data Protection & Privacy, and Incident Response in the last few years. He has extensive experience in Financial Services Industry to define global policy and standard, review the compliance, be the representative in Asia to handle security incident response from APAC countries, provide security & awareness, and conduct on-site compliance reviews in various offices in APAC. He was also appointed by Hong Kong Government to join Working Group on Cloud Security and Privacy for 4 years, to develop best practices and guidelines on cloud security and privacy for the local environment, and to participate in and organize conferences, forums and discussion groups for exchanging views and experience sharing on cloud security, data and privacy protection and solutions. Before joining HKCERT, he was the Security Assurance Lead in AWS for APAC New Markets (including Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, etc) under global AWS Security team, responsible for engaging with regional and domestic regulators on Cyber Security, Cloud Security, Data Protection and Privacy, Security Compliance and Operational Resilience. He published whitepapers on the regulatory requirements, and the web pages on data privacy, such as Hong Kong, Indonesia, Taiwan and Thailand. Otto also contributes time, skills and knowledge through volunteer services in professional associations, and was the Chairperson of Professional Information Security Association in 2016. He is a holder of CCSP, CISSP, CSSLP, CISA, CDPSE, GLEG and AWS Certified Security - Specialty. He is currently the Deputy Head of Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre (HKCERT), the Vice Chairman of Cloud Security Alliance (Hong Kong & Macao Chapter) and the Exco member of Artificial Intelligence Specialist Group, Hong Kong Computer Society. |

Mr. Paul Wan, Head, Risk & Controls, HK & Greater China and North Asia, Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited Convenor of Cyber Security Specialist Group, HKCS Paul Wan is a Managing Director within Operations of Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited. Paul is currently responsible for two main key areas: Transformation of Programme & Project Management under the New Ways of Working; and Center of Excellence for Integrated Risk & Control Management across multiple domains: Conduct, Data Management, Third Party Risk Management and Remote Working. Prior to his current role, Paul have held multiple positions within the Bank covering a wide spectrum of responsibilities in the areas of process improvement, business management in merchant acquiring, operational risk management, technology risk management and information & cyber security management. As a veteran in the banking industry for over 20 years, Paul pays closed attention on the latest trend of Technology development and how Technology can be used as an enabler to further strengthen and improve customer experience. |

Ms. Sandra Fung Senior Vice President, CISO Office, DBS Bank Exco Member of Cyber Security Specialist Group, HKCS Sandra is currently the SVP of the Chief Information Security Officer’s Office of DBS Bank HK. She has over 20+ years of banking experiences in information security and technology risk management areas, and is overseeing the information and cybersecurity risks and driving internal security risk assessments and gap analysis to ensure regulatory and audit compliances in the bank. She is familiar with the regulatory requirements stipulated by the monetary authorities (including the HKMA, MAS, SFC and AMCM) in the cybersecurity and technology risk regimes and has extensive experiences in the technology risk management in ensuring the risk governance, controls and operations of the IT infrastructure including access controls, system hardening, data centre operations, storage and backup are properly executed. Sandra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Manchester in England and Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the Victoria University of Technology (Australia). She is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) with ISACA. |

Mr. Jason Lee Cyber Threat Intelligence Lead of PwC China, Hong Kong and Macau the co-founder of the Dark Lab Academy Exco Member of Cyber Security Specialist Group, HKCS Jason is the Cyber Threat Intelligence Lead of PwC China, Hong Kong and Macau, and the co-founder of the Dark Lab Academy, which is a technical training program designed to upskill and re-skill talents to address the talent shortage. Jason leads a team of ten (10) threat intelligence analysts to produce timely and actionable cyber threat intelligence reports for various projects and cyber threat operations. These are leveraged to facilitate accelerated and prioritized delivery of high-priority projects across various industries and domains, including but not limited to intelligence-led simulation attack exercises (e.g., HKMA iCAST), incident response, security operations monitoring, and vulnerability management. Having graduated from The University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2013, Jason elected to transition into a more technical role in cybersecurity after five years of experience as a management consultant. He has since managed to pass various professional technical certifications in threat intelligence, penetration testing, red team, cloud and regulatory compliance, including the CREST Registered Threat Intelligence Analyst (CRTIA), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), and PentesterAcademy’s Certified Red Team Professional (CRTP). He is a firm believer that everyone can “hack” themselves with the right tools, support, and guidance and become a better, improved version compared to their past. Jason translates this philosophy into his work and his volunteer activities, such as his role on the Board of the CREST Asia Council (here) to enhance and enrich the region’s cybersecurity capacity and capabilities, his role with the CREST Cyber Security Incident Response Working Group, and the DarkLab blog that he runs on behalf of the team to share their latest experiences on defending the Hong Kong cyberspace from sophisticated threats. |

Mr. Fuller Yu Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Hospital Authority Exco Member of Cyber Security Specialist Group, HKCS Fuller has more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk management and information security in global financial services and healthcare sectors. He is now the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Hospital Authority Hong Kong driving the corporate cybersecurity strategy and contributing to its digital transformation journey. Prior to joining Hospital Authority, Fuller held various management roles of cybersecurity and information security including Director of Technology Risk Management of Credit Suisse, Head of Technology Risk Management and Cybersecurity of AIA Group, and Vice President of IT Risk Management of JPMorgan. Fuller is also the Co-Chair of Cybersecurity Work Stream of Digital Health Partnership (GDHP), a collaboration of governments, government agencies, and WHO. He received his MBA and Master in Information Systems Management from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is also a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). |

Mr. Raymond Chan Chief Executive Officer & Director, Metaverse Securities Limited Exco Member of FinTech Specialist Group, HKCS Raymond Chan is now CEO & Director of Metaverse Securities Limited and Lion Global Financial Limited (iFund), both subsidiaries of 9F Inc (NASDAQ: JFU). He was first appointed as Managing Director of Ether Global (formerly known as 9F International) in October 2018 and is responsible for applying financial and virtual bank licenses in Hong Kong, Singapore, Lithuania and China. He is also responsible for “Tech Enabling” businesses in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia markets. In October 2019, Raymond was also appointed the General Manager of Niche Global Fintech, a wholly owned subsidiary of 9F, and is responsible for applying Electronic Money Institution (EMI) licence and related business and operations in EU Area. In 2020, Raymond was selected “Leader of the Year” by IFTA. Raymond is well-known as the founder of the first virtual banking, inMotion of CITIC Bank International, launched in Hong Kong before any virtual bank licenses was issued. In 2017, he led the Bank to successfully obtain HKMA’s approval of eKYC and changes of related laws to make it possible. His contributions enable the first ever remote account opening in Hong Kong to accomplish without branch visits, wet signatures and address proofs. Mr. Garry Sien Global Lead Architect of Global Financial Services Solutions, Alibaba Cloud Intelligence Exco Member of FinTech Specialist Group, HKCS Garry Sien leads the Global Financial Services Solutions function for Alibaba Cloud, and is an International Technologist with extensive experience in digital transformation for the financial services sector. Based in Hong Kong, Garry is responsible for deepening Alibaba Cloud’s focus on Global Financial Services industry, building the financial ecosystem together with clients and partners, as well as defining and launching go-to-market strategy for the international region. Garry is currently serving as the co-chair of the Fintech Association of Hong Kong’s Cloud and Cybersecurity committee, Exco member of the Fintech Specialist Group of the Hong Kong Computer Society, Director of the Financial Services Industry of the GBA 5G Industry Alliance, and is passionate about advocating the use of Fintech, cloud technologies and raising cybersecurity awareness across the community. Mr. Jimmy Tsang Chief IT Services Manager, MTR Corporation Limited Convenor of Enterprise Architecture Specialist Group, HKCS Jimmy has over 25 years’ experience in IT consulting and delivery. His current position is Chief IT Services Manager in the MTR Corporation responsible for the strategy and management of the IT end user services and infrastructure including the data centers, Cloud, systems, storages and network. Before joining MTR, Jimmy has held various senior delivery positions in some large IT companies such as EDS and HP responsible of managing regional delivery teams to provide IT services to different customers across multiple industries in Asia Pacific. Jimmy received his Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from the University of New South Wales in Australia and received his Master degree in Computer Science from the University of Hong Kong. He has 12+ years of IT industry experience with most of that being IT/technology advisory and professional services, on top of his academia background that focused on software performance engineering related topics.
