Paul Wan is the Regional Head, Asia Transformation of Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited. Paul is currently responsible for two main key areas: Transformation of Programme & Project Management under the New Ways of Working; and Center of Excellence for Integrated Risk & Control Management across multiple domains: Conduct, Data Management, Third Party Risk Management and Remote Working

Prior to his current role, Paul have held multiple positions within the Bank covering a wide spectrum of responsibilities in the areas of process improvement, business management in merchant acquiring, operational risk management, technology risk management and information & cyber security management.

As a veteran in the banking industry for over 20 years, Paul pays closed attention on the latest trend of Technology development and how Technology can be used as an enabler to further strengthen and improve customer experience.
