28th Anniversary of the Establishment of the HKSAR cum HKCS 55th Anniversary Gala Dinner

The 28th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) cum Hong Kong Computer Society (HKCS) 55th Anniversary Gala Dinner will be held on 20 June 2025 at the Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel.

This year marks a significant milestone as we celebrate the 28th anniversary of the establishment of the HKSAR, a testament to Hong Kong’s resilience, growth, and dynamic integration into the global economy. The HKSAR has consistently been a hub for innovation, technology, and international collaboration, and this event serves as a celebration of its achievements and future aspirations.

Simultaneously, HKCS is proud to commemorate its 55th anniversary. Established in 1970, HKCS has been at the forefront of promoting the development and adoption of information technology in Hong Kong. The HKCS Gala Dinner is one of the significant events of the year, providing a perfect platform for IT leaders to network, exchange ideas, and strengthen relationships with peers and industry representatives. Each year, the event attracts over 800 senior IT executives and professionals from various organisations across different industries, making it a premier gathering for the IT community in Hong Kong.

Please note that the Gala Dinner is traditionally held in October or November each year. However, this year, we have moved the event forward to June to align with the dual celebrations of the HKSAR and HKCS anniversaries.
