Mr. Edmond KEUNG
Chief Technology Officer, Information Technology Resource Centre, The Hong Kong Council of Social Service

Mr Keung has extensive experience in implementing ICT solutions for SMEs and NGOs. After working in an international audit and consultancy firm for over 10 years, he joined The Hong Kong Council of Social Service in 1998. Since then, he has been leading a team of ICT professionals to provide a comprehensive range of services in computerization projects for welfare agencies.

He has successfully implemented a wide range of ICT projects for the local social service sector, from financial management, human resources management, donor management, volunteer management to service provision, to name but a few.

Consultancy has been part of the daily life when Mr. Keung has been the bridge between the social service sector and the technology field. Consultancy areas cover information management, the impact to corporate governance brought by technology development, investment and cost management for technology and project management.

Mr. Keung holds a MBA degree and a Master of science degree.
