He is responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining the Cloud and network infrastructure. Mr. Chan has over 20 years�� experience in the ICT industry. Prior to joining Towngas Telecom, he provided Infrastructure and Operation consultancy services to major carriers around the world and has held various senior positions at Huawei, PWC and PCCW.
