Roger is the Founder & CEO of Clozette, a leading visual-centric fashion social shopping network, and the Co-founder & Chairman of Visenze, a spin-off company from NExT, a research center jointly established between National University of Singapore (NUS) and Tsinghua University of China, that delivers a suite of intelligent visual recognition solutions.

Roger��s passion for online, interactive media and mobile businesses has been a cornerstone of his 30 years of sales, marketing and operations experience in the interactive media industry. Prior to founding Clozette, he held senior executive management positions with Softbank Forums, Ziff-Davis, ZDNet, CNet Networks, and Acer's Smart Handheld Business. Roger is also a councilor of the Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation and Co-chairman of its 123Jumpstart program, a not-for-profit enabling platform for start-ups.

Roger has a proven track record of innovating new businesses and bridging cultural borders. He continues to be fascinated by how technological innovations can change the way we live, work and play - evident in his entrepreneurial ventures. Roger was a co-founder of e-Cop, which pioneered the first 24��7 Managed Security Services in the world. He was also a board member and seed investor of Brandtology, a leading innovator in social media and online brand intelligence.
