Topic: ‘How Cloud and IoT Driving the Smart City Together’

Hong Kong is named as one of the top-10 Smart Cities in the world, the 2nd Asian City following Japan (by Co-exist in End2012), we are famous for adopting RFID technology in our daily life, public transport, library access, shopping, popularity of the Data highway & Mobility. In addition, the e-Government, agriculture e-supply chain, e-logistics have helped us to be ahead from others. This session shares the successful merits of the Hong Kong from the aspects of the infrastructure, platforms and the application levels – which is closely matching to the Cloud generic services models: namely the IaaS, PaaS & SaaS, and then Anything as services.
