The Hong Kong Computer Society reserves the right to exhibit and publicize the winning products or other entries at its sole discretion.   The Organizer reserves the right to retain all data submitted by entrants at its absolute discretion. During evaluation, the Panel of Judges may require access to relevant information in the entrant’s possession and/or access to the company’s premises. The entrant will be notified in advance if such access is required. Any information supplied by an entrant for the purpose of the 7th IT Excellence Awards (Post Secondary) will be treated as confidential, and will not be released by the Organizer without the entrant’s permission.
