Ms Liv Lan has been serving as the Executive Director of the Government and Enterprise Customer Department of China Mobile Hong Kong Company since 2016, and the General Manager of the Customer Service Center of China Mobile Hong Kong Company since 2023.
During her tenure, Ms Lan is committed to providing China Mobile’s Comprehensive Personal and Enterprise Service Solutions to customers in the Hong Kong Government, Chinese Capital, and Hong Kong Capital industries. She is familiar with the IT needs and solutions of various industries, and has established extensive and good partnerships with IT industry stakeholders.
Ms Lan has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. She previously worked at Da Tang Telecom Technology Co., Ltd. (Telecommunications Industry Research Institute) and China Mobile Beijing from July 2000. She joined China Mobile Hong Kong in 2016.
Ms Lan received a Bachelor’s degree in Measurement and Control Instruments from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2000 and a Master’s Degree in Communication Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2008.

公司政企客戶部執行總監 、2023 年起擔任中國移動香港公司客戶服務中心總經理。任職期間,致力於將中移動的個人及企業服務綜合方案服務於香港政府、中資、港資多個行業的客戶,熟悉各行業 IT需求及解決方案 與 IT業內夥伴建立了廣泛及良好的合作關係 。
蘭女士擁有超過2 0年的電信行業經驗,自 2 000年7月參加工作,先後在大唐電信科技有限公司(電信產業研究院、中國移動北京公司工作,于 2016年加入中國移動香港公司。
蘭女士於2000 年獲得南京郵電大學測控儀器學士學位,2008年獲得北京郵電大學通信工程碩士學位。
