Philip Wong leads the IT department of Guotai Junan International. He has worked in IT for over 25 years. His role involves planning, AI, IT & data, digital transformation and cybersecurity for Guotai Junan International and its overseas branches. He also supports HK IT community activities to promote IT industry growth and innovation.

Mr. Wong loves FinTech development and always connects business and IT with effective technology strategy. He has a lot of business and management experience in finance, investment banking and retail.

He has a Master Degree in IT management, an MBA from Macquarie University and a Master of Professional Accounting from HK PolyU.

王德成先生是國泰君安國際的資訊科技部總監，在IT行業已經有25年以上的工作經驗。 王先生的職責包括為國泰君安國際及其海外分公司進行IT規劃、組織人工智慧、IT與數據、數字化轉型和網路安全。 他還支援香港IT社區活動，以促進IT行業的增長和創新。 王先生熱愛金融科技技術發展，將業務和IT通過有效的技術戰略相結合。 他在金融、投資銀行和零售方面有很多業務和管理經驗。

他有澳大利亞麥格理大學的IT管理碩士學位，澳大利亞麥格理大學的MBA和香港理工大學的專業會計碩士學位。
