Yan Chen is the Deputy General Manager of the Information Technology Department of Chiyu Banking Corporation Limited. Before joining Chiyu Bank, Ms Chen served as Deputy General Manager of the Information Technology Department of BOC (Hong Kong) Limited, responsible for the planning and implementation management of information technology, data management, and digital transformation of BOC Hong Kong Group in Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region.

Ms Chen has been engaged in the information technology and financial industries for more than 30 years. She has nearly 20 years of experience in global information technology system construction and management. She also has a good international perspective and is familiar with products, services and operating models in the financial field.

With solid data governance experience, Ms Chen has established a complete data operation system and data governance framework. She is responsible for the application of big data and artificial intelligence in the financial business field, and committed to promoting the cultivation of innovative financial technology talents.

現為集友香港有限公司資訊科技部副總經理。加入集友銀行之前，在中銀香港資訊科技部任職副總經理，負責中銀香港集團本港及亞太區的資訊科技、數據管理、數字化轉型的規劃及實施管理。

從事資訊科技及金融行業超過三十年，擁有近20年全球化資訊科技系統建設和管治經驗，有較好的國際視野，熟悉金融領域的產品、服務和營運模式。

具備堅實的數據治理經驗，建立起完整的數據運營體系及數據管治框架，主責大數據及人工智能在金融業務領域的應用，致力推動金融科技創新人才的培養。
