Reservation
- If you would like to book the Arca Wong Chuk Hang (H01), Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel (H02), Nina Hotel Island South (H03), or Ovolo Southside Hotel (H04) using our service, the reservation must be made and paid through the official travel agency or using the hotel reservation form.
- It is noted that all invited judges will be arranged to stay in Le Meridien Cyberport Hotel. Delegates who wish to book Le Meridien Cyberport Hotel, please click here to book via online directly.

- All Reservations will be confirmed on a “first come, first served” basis.
- We highly recommend you plan your travel at your earliest convenience and please make your reservation before 4 NOVEMBER 2023.
- Early check-in (before 4 Dec 2023) and /or check-out (after 9 Dec 2023) will be subject to availability and additional charges will be applied.
- Once reservation is confirmed, full charge of the reserved dates is non-refundable.
- FULL PERIOD room charge penalty will be applied for cancellation, no show, or shortening of accommodation period.
- Hotel reservation will only be confirmed after the payment is done via the payment link provided by Jeta HK Co Ltd.
