The submitted product/service should have been launched and in operation (except R&D category or stream for students).

The same application is allowed to be submitted to a maximum of two award streams (either in 2 award categories or under the same award category), and applicant should declare the multi-stream application in the application form. Any application found to enter into more than two award streams will be disqualified.

The winning entries of Gold/Silver/Bronze award in the previous years of Hong Kong ICT Awards is not allowed to enter the Awards again, unless there is significant change or enhancement in the product/service, or for this year’s newly-added award category (Best Green ICT Award).
