29th Anniversary of the Establishment of the HKSAR cum HKCS 56th Anniversary Gala Dinner

The 29th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) cum Hong Kong Computer Society (HKCS) 55th Anniversary Gala Dinner will be held on 16 June 2026 at the Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel.

This year marks a significant milestone as we celebrate the 29th anniversary of the establishment of the HKSAR, a testament to Hong Kong’s resilience, sustained growth, and dynamic integration into the global economy. The HKSAR has consistently served as a thriving hub for innovation, technology, and international collaboration. This event serves not only to honour its remarkable achievements, but also to inspire and embrace its future aspirations.

At the same time, HKCS is proud to commemorate its 56th Anniversary. Established in 1970, HKCS has been a driving force in advancing the development and adoption of information technology in Hong Kong. The HKCS Gala Dinner is one of the most significant events of the year, providing a perfect platform for IT leaders to network, exchange ideas, and strengthen relationships with peers and industry stakeholders. Each year, the event draws over 600 senior IT executives and professionals from various organisations across different industries, making it one of the premier gatherings of the IT community in Hong Kong.
