Mr. Leo Lam graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 1986 with a Bachelor degree in Science and also acquired a Master degree in Computer Science in 1991 at the Ulster University. He is now the General Manager of ELM Computer Technologies Limited and is responsible for the overall management and operations of the company. Mr. Lam has been leading the company from its infancy phase to its current stage as a well established IT services and solutions provider.

As the General Manager of ELM, Mr. Lam has built up many strategic partnerships with various technology companies, such as IBM. Mr. Lam has a vision to excel ELM as a leading professional IT services provider in the region, and with his dedication and determination, ELM has become an outstanding IT player in Hong Kong.
