Mr. NG was the Chairman of The Hong Kong Association for Computer Education in 2001-2007. He involved in developing the computer curricula under the Education Bureau for more than ten years. He chaired the committees for developing the existing Certificate level "Computer & Information Technology", AS Level "Computer Application", A Level "Computer Studies", and also the coming 334 "Information & Communication Technology" curricula. He is also a member of the "Steering Committee on Strategic Development of Information Technology in Education" under Education Bureau.
