                         Mr. 
                            Raymond Yu has over 25 years of information technology 
                            experience in a wide range of roles in professional 
                            consulting and IT management with multinational corporations 
                            and governments. He has strong project and people 
                            management skills in IT Service Management (ITSM), 
                            application development and professional services. 
                            He has direct involvement in all phases of development 
                            and service improvement projects, helping customers 
                            to achieve service maturity in people, organization, 
                            process and technology to realize benefits. He is 
                            a preacher and a practitioner on IT Best Practice 
                            and Outsourcing. 
                             
                            Mr. Yu is an independent consultant, providing training 
                            and advisory services on IT service strategies, service 
                            design, implementation and improvements that helps 
                            customers integrate IT services with business objectives 
                            and achieving corporate goals. 
                             
                            He was Sun Microsystems (Asia North) and CA (Asia 
                            Pacific and Japan) Service Management Practice Leader 
                            providing ITSM consultation and responsible for establishing 
                            delivery strategy and service initiatives that enable 
                            the field organizations successfully deliver solutions 
                            to customers. He created the Service Management improvement 
                            approach for service improvement projects and the 
                            approach was well accepted and adopted by the Global 
                            Practice. He had successfully completed a number of 
                            ITSM Process Maturity Assessments in the region and 
                            leading consultants to deliver ITSM design and process 
                            implementation, successfully helping customers to 
                            achieve service improvement with ROI and ISO20000 
                            accreditation. 
                             
                            Prior to CA and Sun, Mr. Yu was the Assistance General 
                            Manager and CIO with BUPA Health Insurance. He got 
                            excellent rating from performance evaluations and 
                            have successfully delivered core business systems 
                            and helped his company won several awards in 2003 
                            and 2004. His company adopted and rollouts the developed 
                            system and services that was planned, managed and 
                            delivered by Mr. Yu to several countries with similar 
                            size operations because of its successful implementation. 
                             
                            He had held positions in public sectors as Head of 
                            Operation and Information System Architect with Ministry 
                            of Transportation, Canada. He was also the Practice 
                            Manager, Project Director and Project Manager with 
                            Oracle Hong Kong and Oracle Canada. 
                             
                            Raymond is a Professional Engineer, Certified Project 
                            Management Professional, Certified Manager of IT Service 
                            Management and Certified ITIL V3 Trainer. He is active 
                            in the IT community and is the founding Vice Chairman 
                            of the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) Hong Kong 
                            Chapter, promoting the adaptation of the best practice 
                            of ITIL to elevate the quality and performance of 
                            IT services in the territory. He has been invited 
                            to speak at different forums like CIO Forum Asia 2005, 
                            Best Practice Seminar and other user conferences on 
                            IT Service Management and Outsourcing practices
