Philip Wong is the Head of Data Platform at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX), where he leads the strategy and development of enterprise data platforms to support market innovation and digital transformation. With over 28 years of experience in information technology, he has held senior leadership roles across financial services, driving initiatives in data, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and large-scale IT transformation.

Prior to joining HKEX, Mr. Wong was the Head of IT at Guotai Junan International, overseeing technology strategy and operations across Hong Kong and its overseas branches. He is passionate about fintech development and is known for effectively bridging business and technology through pragmatic and forward-looking strategies. He is also an active supporter of the Hong Kong IT community, contributing to industry growth and innovation.

Mr. Wong holds a Master’s degree in IT Management and an MBA from Macquarie University, as well as a Master of Professional Accounting from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

王先生擁有澳洲麥格理大學資訊科技管理碩士及工商管理碩士學位，並持有香港理工大學專業會計碩士學位。
