Forrest Chai joined the HSBC Group in 2000 and has over 25 years of experience in banking technology and digital transformation. Over the years, he has held a number of leadership roles across the Group, with responsibilities spanning multiple core business lines-from developing the very first internet banking services in the industry, to building the global Wealth Management technology platforms serving international Wealth markets-he has led global teams across Hong Kong, UK, Mainland China, Canada, US, India, Poland and Mexico.

In 2023, Forrest was appointed Chief Information Officer of Hang Seng Bank, leading a team of more than 1,800 professionals. He is responsible for driving the technology strategy of Hong Kong's largest local bank and the innovative application of emerging technologies.

Forrest is also active in Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific technology leadership community, passionate about driving innovation, and works closely with organisations including the Hong Kong Science Park, Cyberport, and many of the tertiary education institutions.

柴逸民於2000年加入匯豐集團，擁有逾25年銀行科技與數字化轉型經驗。多年來，他在集團內擔任多項領導職務，負責多項核心業務線，從開發業界首創的網上銀行服務，至打造覆蓋多個市場的全球財富管理技術平台，他曾領導分布於香港、英國、中國、印度、波蘭及墨西哥的全球團隊。

柴逸民於2023年獲任命為恒生銀行資訊科技總監，管理逾1,800名專業人員。現負責香港最大本地銀行的資訊科技戰略、以及前沿技術的創新應用。

同時，他亦活躍於香港及亞太區的科技領袖社群，熱衷推動科技創新，並與香港科學園、數碼港、及多間大專院校密切合作。
