Mr Hsu is HKEX’s Group Chief Technology Officer, overseeing the Group’s IT infrastructure, operations, development and support functions in Hong Kong and Mainland China. He is also a member of the Management Committee at HKEX.

Mr Hsu previously worked with HSBC, where he was Chief Information Officer Asia Pacific since May 2019. Prior to this he held senior roles at Huawei Technologies, SF Express and Deloitte.

Mr Hsu has a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley, and an MSc in Information Systems and Management at Carnegie Mellon University in the US.

徐慶強是香港交易所的集團首席科技總監，負責領導集團在香港及中國內地的資訊技術基礎設施、運營、發展及支援團隊。他亦是香港交易所的管理委員會成員。

在加入香港交易所前，徐慶強自2019年5月起在滙豐銀行擔任亞太區首席資訊科技總監。在此之前，他曾於華為、順豐速運和德勤擔任高級管理層職位。

徐慶強畢業於加州大學柏克萊分校，獲得電子工程和計算機科學學士學位，並擁有卡內基梅隆大學資訊系統管理碩士學位。
