The Conference was honored to have Mr. Allan Chiang,
SBS, Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in Hong
Kong; Mr. Daniel Lai, BBS, JP, HKSAR Government Chief
Information Officer; Mr. Li Jian-ping, Secretary General,
The China Smart City Industry Technology Innovation
Alliance; Mr. Cameron Fox, STEM Pioneer and Specialist
in Hong Kong, and Dr. Jong-song Hwang, Head of The
Center for Gov3.0, National Information Society Agency
in Korea, joined the conference as keynote speakers.
Their sessions collectively provided a comprehensive
overview of the development and impact of ICT,
most noticeably cloud and mobility technologies
as well as “Internet of Things”, on the communities
and environments in which we learn, work and live.
Mr. Li Jian-ping from China and Dr. Jong-song Hwang
from Korea also gave participants inspiring talks on
the developments of “Smart City” in their respective
homelands.

、Mr. Cameron Fox（香港STEM發起人及專家）及Dr.
Jong-sung Hwang（韓國國家信息社會局「政府3.0」
中心主管）擔任主講嘉賓。
主講環節分別涵蓋了資訊科技，尤其是雲端、流動技
術和物流網對我們學習、工作和生活等多方面的影
響，而來自中國的李建平先生及韓國的Dr. Jong-sung
Hwang亦分別闡述兩地智能城市的發展情況。
