The Challenges Facing the IT Supplier in the Next Millennium

IT is about harnessing technology to manage information, either to produce business advantage or to deliver some other form of tangible benefit to the organisation involved. This session examines the changing role of the IT supplier involved in this process, as we move into the second millennium.

Managing an ever increasing rate of technology development whilst simultaneously adjusting to the sophisticated business requirements of potential customers is a challenge for all IT suppliers. In this session Fujitsu outlines its views on the direction of the industry and describes some of the lessons that have been learnt.
