Nearly 20 years’ experience in Financial Services, I have excellent track
records in leading strategic initiatives on customer service model,
customer experience, service quality and efficiency. I have extensive
experience in programme/ project management, process re-engineering
and organisation transformation, strategy alignment and balance
scorecard management, Investment Bank customer relationship
management, business consulting and some other management roles.
I am a CPA and CFP certified member, and PMP and Six Sigma trained.
Worked in various strategic initiatives across multiple countries (including
Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia,
Laos, Japan, Korea, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, Pacific, Europe
and The United States)
