Hong Kong ICT Awards 2015: Best Business Solution Award
2015香港資訊及通訊科技獎：最佳商業方案獎
The Hong Kong Computer Society (HKCS), the organiser
of ”Hong Kong ICT Awards (HKICTA) - Best Business
Solution Award” for the 9th consecutive year, held the
presentation ceremony on 10 April 2015 at Hong Kong
Convention and Exhibition Centre in honour of the 12
outstanding winning entries this year.
Ir.Allen Yeung,Chairperson of the Organising Committee,
pointed out that “HKCS as the largest professional
association in Hong Kong hopes to propel innovation
and competitiveness of local ICT enterprises, to raise
public awareness of ICT application development,
as well as to nurture a culture of ICT adoption in the
community through this Award.”
With the support from members of the organising
committee, judging panel and other responsible units,
HKCS has meticulously selected the winning entries
amongst all high-quality submissions. HERMES OTT
Platform from TFI Digital Media Ltd. was awarded both
the “HKICT Awards 2015: Best Business Solution Grand
Award” and the “HKICT Awards 2015: Best Business
Solution (Product) Gold Award” with its robustness, high
scalability and integration of various new technologies
including data streaming, content transcoding and
network bandwidth optimisation. For the “HKICT Awards
2015: Best Business Solution (Application) Gold Award”,
the winning work – Modernised Chinese Medicine
Service, by Wellsoon (Int’l) Medicine Co. Ltd., impressed
the assessors with its comprehensive and innovative
operational model that enhances the efficiency of the
traditional Chinese medicine industry.
由香港電腦學會連續第9年主辦的「2015香港資訊及
通訊科技獎：最佳商業方案獎」已完滿結束，並於
2015年4月10日在香港會議展覽中心舉行頒獎典禮，
以表揚本年度12項傑出得獎作品。
本年度籌備委員會主席楊德斌工程師指出：「香港電
腦學會作為本港最大規模的資訊科技界專業學會，多
年來積極組織主辦這個獎項，希望激勵業界創新和提
高競爭力、提升社會人士對最新資訊及通訊科技的應
用，以及培育本地優秀人才。」
有賴本年度籌備委員會、評審團、香港電腦學會秘書
處及其他相關工作單位的支持及配合，香港電腦學
會終成功從各優秀的參賽作品中揀選出獲獎作品。
「2015香港資訊及通訊科技獎：最佳商業方案大獎」
及「2015香港資訊及通訊科技獎：最佳商業方案(產
品)獎」皆由天開數碼媒體有限公司所研發的「開眼
界」- 天開數碼媒體雲端視訊串流平台成功奪得。得獎
作品的完整性、高發展潛力，以及它對數據串流、內
容轉碼、優化頻寬等創新技術的融合，令它從眾多參
賽作品中突圍而出。至於「2015香港資訊及通訊科技
獎：最佳商業方案(應用)獎」則由和順堂（國際）醫
藥有限公司所研發的現代化中醫藥服務奪得。得獎作
品全面及創新的營運模式有助提升傳統中醫行業的營
運效率，這令評審團留下了深刻印象。
