Mr. Stephen Ko
Business Development Director,
Hitachi Data Systems Ltd
Stephen Ko is Business Development Director, of Hitachi Data
Systems. He is responsible for Cloud Services and Managed
Services business development strategy and execution in APAC.
He rejoined HDS after six year in Atos. While Ko was working in
Atos, he held APAC operations responsibility over three years as
Regional Operations Director. In his last position, he looked after
APAC business office as Regional Head of Business Operations.
Prior he joined Atos, he worked for HDS as File Services
Technical Director for Greater China. He looked after all technical
activities for File Based Solutions which comprise NAS and
Content Archival Solutions in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. In
addition, Ko was also the spokesperson in Greater China.
Prior to joining Hitachi Data Systems, Ko worked in HP for more
than six years with the latest capacity of Senior Account Services
Consultant, where he embedded his concrete knowledge and
competency on design, implementation and support for mission
critical environment.
Ko holds a BA Computing Degree of The Hong Kong Polytechnic
University and a Master of Management and Master of Business
Administration of Macquarie University in Australia. In 2007 and
2008, he earned a Dean Award on the subject of Leadership &
Motivation and Best Overall Performance in his MBA Program
respectively.
