Soft Skill Seminar : Negotiation Techniques in IT Management
HKCS organised a soft skill seminar “Negotiation
Techniques in IT Management” on 21 August 2014.
The seminar highlighted the most common conflict
scenarios in IT world, and suggested different ways to
resolve them by using real IT examples. It also guided
the members through an overview of the step-by-step
structural approach and suggested useful negotiation
tips to obtain better business and management
outcomes.
軟技能講座：資訊科技中的談判技巧
香港電腦學會在2014年8月21日舉行主題為「資訊
科技中的談判技巧」的軟技能講座。講座展示了資
訊科技世界最常見的衝突，並以真實的資訊科技例
子提出不同的解決方法，亦引導會員認識逐步結構
方法的概覽，提出實用的談判提示，以獲得更佳的
商業和管理成績。
