HKCS Workshop: De-risking systems integration projects and
steering away from claims
HKCS organised a workshop: “De-risking systems
integration projects and steering away from claims”
on 16 Sep 2014. HKCS invited speakers from law firm
to share members the difficulty for successful delivery
and user satisfaction on turnkey IS projects, from the
positions of both customer and supplier, and across both
waterfall and agile delivery models, offering solutions
and coping strategies along the way.
香港電腦學會在2014年9月16日舉辦了主題為「減
低系統綜合項目風險和避免申索的工作坊。學會邀
請來自律師行的講者，與會員分享交鑰匙IS工程在
用家滿意度及付運上的難度。講者從客戶和供應商
的角度，並以瀑布式和敏捷模型提供解決方案及應
變策略。
