Exempted Graduates from the Department of Computing
(COMP) of PolyU will be acknowledged to apply for CPIT
credentials of the “CPIT (APM)” or the “CPIT (BA)” if they
have fulfilled two requirements: Firstly, the candidate
must fulfil the graduation requirement of the curriculum,
by completing and passing a set of required courses to
achieve the competency requirements of the certificate
concerned; secondly, the candidate must acquire at least
two years’ full-time experience in IT related jobs after
graduation. However, when the COMP graduates fulfil
the first requirement, they can already apply for CPIT
credentials of the “CPIT (APM Candidate)” and the “CPIT
(BA Candidate)”.
This agreement is expected to help nurturing more IT
elites, contributing to the overall development of the
IT industry.

修讀企業信息管理課程之電子計算理學士「獲豁免
畢業生」只要符合兩項要求，便可擁有相等於以[考
試]為本的CPIT專業認證資格。這兩項要求包括：
一、完成課程之畢業要求，並已修讀及通過與CPIT
專業認證資格相關的指定課程。二、畢業後擁有不
少於兩年與資訊科技行業相關之全職工作經驗。不
過，修讀電子計算理學士畢業生一旦符合上述第一
項要求，即可申請「CPIT （APM Candidate）」或
「CPIT （BA Candidate）的CPIT專業認證資格。
透過建立是次合作關係，希望培育更多業界精英，
為資訊科技業的整體發展作出貢獻。

covering major corporations, outsourcing and
offshore IT service provider organisations, local IT
professionals, IT professional recruitment firms and
identified certification organisations.

related or supporting initiatives established by the
Education Bureau through relevant certified titles.
To achieve recognition and support of the certification
credentials under the CEPA III Agreement.
To focus on 3 on-demand professional disciplines for
the highest ROI (Return-on-Investment).

判及離岸資訊科技服務供應商、本地資訊科技專
才、資訊科技專業招聘公司和認可評核機構等；
透過相關的認證名銜，推廣教育局所確立的資歷架
構和相關或支援性的措施；
使認證資格在內地與香港關於建立更緊密經貿關係
的安排第3階段下得到認可和支持；以及
專注於需求主導資訊及通訊科技類別，以求獲得最
