Speaker’s Meeting: Why to do Strategic Policy
Deployment (SPD)?
HKSPIN organised a speaker’s meeting on the topic
of “Why to do Strategic Policy Deployment (SPD)?” on
9 December 2014. The SPD is a managerial tool to
develop, design, define and deploy Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs). Mr. Edmond Sung, SEI Certified CMMI
High-Maturity Lead Appraiser, explained how SPD is
used in the beginning of a process improvement cycle,
and how it helps to align the business objectives and
goals from the strategic level to the product managers
and working levels of team leaders and developers.
IT Fest 2015: Software Excellence Symposium
This forum to share insights on quality management
and project management of outsourced software
development projects was organised by QMSIG under
International IT Fest 2015 on 14 April 2015. Four
speakers (Mr. Alex Hong, Mr. Jefferson Wat, Dr. Oliver
Au, and Mr. Benedict Lam) enlightened participants on
“What’s your REAL problem of IT outsourcing”, “How to
select a COTS software?” and “Overseeing the progress
of an outsourced software development project”.
講座：為何進行策略政策調配？
香港軟件及系統過程改善專題組於2014年12月9日
舉辦了主題為「為何進行策略政策調配」的講座。策
略政策調配是發展、設計、定義和使用主要表現指數
的管理工具。SEI授權CMMI高成熟度主任評估師宋世
杰先生解釋了策略政策調配如何在程序改進循環中應
用，以及其如何在策略層面上協助項目經理和工作層
面的隊伍領導和開發人員達成商業目標。
2015國際IT匯：卓越軟件研討會
研討會由質量管理專題組於2015年4月14日舉辦，屬
於2015年國際IT滙的活動，目的是為了分享質量管
理和外判軟件發展項目的項目管理的見解。四名講者
（杭俊彥先生、屈國良先生、歐達尚博士和林靈欽先
生） 使參與者在「甚麼是你在資訊科技外判上面對的
真正問題？」、「如何選擇商用現貨軟體？」和「監
察外判軟件發展項目進度」等題目上獲益不少。
