China-Hong Kong-Taiwan Hackathon 2015
Held on 12 April, the China-Hong Kong-Taiwan
Hackathon 2015 was a by invitation-only contest, it
involved 46 delegations of 11 hacking teams which are
recognised winners in local hackathon from Mainland,
Taiwan and Hong Kong.
The word “hackathon” combines the word “hack”,
meaning the design of problem-solving and creative
applications rather than unwelcome intrusion or
illegal theft of confidential documents, with the word
“marathon”. During the event, programmers and their
teams of software developers will collaborate intensively
to develop applications. In the designated time frame,
the developers will design practical applications and
demonstrate their results.

中國-香港-台灣編程馬拉松2015
於4月12日舉行的「中國-香港-台灣編程馬拉松2015
」，只供獲邀者參與。11隊參賽隊伍合共46名參
加者來自中港台三地，並各自於當地贏得編程馬拉
松比賽。Hackathon是由寫程式「hack」和馬拉松
「marathon」兩部分組成；Hack原指解決問題、創意
程式設計之意，而非蓄意破壞、竊取機密檔。在活動
中，電腦程式員與其軟體發展隊員將緊密合作，編寫
程式和應用，在限定時間內發揮創意，創出可實際應
用的作品，並展示成果。
