政策及聯繫事務委員會
The Policy and Communications Committee (PCC) of
HKCS continues to manage Government ICT policy
related matters and media relations for the Society.
In this term, we have actively responded to various
Government policies related to the ICT industry and,
in particular, supported the Government to urge the
Legislative Council (Legco) in passing the funding
request for establishing the Innovation and Technology
Bureau. A summary of the Committee’s activities and
event are highlighted in the table below.
香港電腦學會的政策及聯繫事務委員會繼續為學會管
理有關政府資訊及通訊科技政策和媒體關係上的事
務。
本年度，我們積極地回應政府有關資訊及通訊科技的
不同政策，特別是支持政府敦促立法會通過成立創新
科技局的撥款要求。委員會的活動概要表列如下：

HKCS attended the public hearing of the IT and Broadcasting Panel of LegCo at the Legislative Council Complex, regarding
‘Proposal to establish a unified Information and Communications Technology Professional Recognition Framework in Hong
Kong’. HKCS submitted a written document to the Panel.
學會出席立法會大樓資訊科技廣播事務委員會有關「為香港設立統一的資訊及通訊科技專業認可架構建議書」的公聽
會。學會以書面方式向事務委員會提交文件。
HKCS had collected views from Council Members and submitted them to the Education Bureau on the consultation of “The
Fourth Strategy on IT in Education”.
學會收集了理事會的意見，並於「第四個資訊科技教育策略」諮詢中提交教育局。
(Press Release) Survey from HKCS reflected the an excellent prospect for ICT industry – Near 80% of ICT professionals and
84% of fresh graduates enjoyed salary rise.

HKCS attended the Focus Group Meeting of the Central Policy Unit of the Government at Central Government Offices, Tamar,
to discuss policies on the development of innovation and technology in Hong Kong.

HKCS attended the 2015 Policy Address and 2015/16 Budget Consultation Session at the Central Government Offices.
