2014滬港台青少年IT夏令營
The Shanghai-Hong Kong-Taiwan Youth IT Summer
Camp 2014 was successfully held in Taipei, from July
28th to August 1s. Youths from the three organising
regions got to experience the digital life made possible
by the development of Information Technology and
build friendships over the five-day-four-night Taiwan
trip.
The Shanghai-Hong Kong-Taiwan Youth IT Summer
Camp 2014 was co-organised by the Hong Kong
Computer Society (HKCS), Shanghai Computer Society
(SCS), and the Information Management Association
(IMA) of Taiwan, and jointly sponsored by PCCW and
HKT. The theme this year was ‘’Discovering Taiwan
through IT.’’ Ir. Ted Suen, Vice President of Talent
Cultivation said that, “In the summer camp, students
got to explore Taiwan—a place we are all familiar
with—from a brand-new perspective, experiencing the
interaction of Taiwanese culture and technology. That
is the meaning behind the theme this year.’’ Participants
showed their photos of them visiting places like the
Discovery Centre of Taipei, Taipei Astronomical Museum,
Taipei 101, and Maokong Gondola, and explaining that,
‘’we had field-visits to sightseeing hot spots, viewed
from a technological perspective. We understood how
information technology contributes to the operation
and management of the spots. We now have concrete
knowledge of information technology development in
Taiwan.’’ Participants were also inspired to think more
about the development of information technology in
Hong Kong. Many students thought that Hong Kong
would have better development in ICT once she has got
the right direction and learning from Taiwan could be
one of the means.
「2014滬港台青少年IT夏令營」已於7月28日至8月
1日於台北完滿結束。來自兩岸三地的青年於五日四
夜的行程中體驗台灣資訊科技與本土生活及文化之融
合。
「2 0 1 4滬港台青少年 I T夏令營」由香港電腦學
會、IMA資訊經理人協會（台灣）及上海市計算機學
會聯合舉辦、電訊盈科與香港電訊共同贊助。本年
度主題為「無所不在移動科技，看見行動生活魅力」
，主辦單位希望透過是次活動令參加者發掘台灣及了
解資訊科技為生活帶來的好處。香港電腦學會副會長
（人才培育）孫耀達工程師在分享會上指出：「在這
次的夏令營中，同學以全新的角度了解台灣這個熟悉
的地方，體驗科技與當地文化的交融，亦即是今年夏
令營的主題--「無所不在移動科技，看見行動生活魅
力」的意思，透過資訊科技看見台灣。」參加者在今
天的分享會上展示參觀台北市政府探索館、天文科學
教育館、台北101和貓空纜車等地的照片，並表示他
們在導賞下以全新角度看旅遊熱點，了解資訊科技對
景點背後的運作及管理所帶來的便利，而非單單著重
於觀光的部分。而親身踏足不同地方亦令他們可以更
容易更具體地了解台灣資訊科技的發展。此趟旅程更
能啟發同學對香港移動科技發展的思考。不少同學都
在今天的活動表示香港可向台灣借鑒，學習當地對資
訊科技的靈活運用，例如電子發票、交通資訊等。他
們認為只要找到合適方向，香港資訊科技定能得到更
好的發展。
