The key objectives of our FTSIG are as follows:

Enhance and sustain the competitiveness of Hong
Kong financial services companies;
Nurture FinTech startups in Hong Kong to innovate
more valuable financial technologies;
Facilitate collaborations across the ecosystem of
worldwide FinTech and financial services companies;
and
Assist local regulators to formulate right policies to
support FinTech innovation.

A panel discussion on “How to nurture Hong Kong to be the leading FinTech hub in Asia Pacific?”was also held right after the FTSIG Launch. Guest
panellists from leading bankers,consulting firms and FinTech startups were there and contributed great insights and recommendations on the subject
matter.
緊接於金融科技專題組成立典禮後舉行的小組討論，主題為「如何把香港培育成亞太區領導金融中心？」，當中來自領導銀行從業員、顧問公司
和新創金融科技企業的嘉賓小組成員分享了有關主題的真知灼見和建議。
