Looking ahead, we will continue to develop new
initiatives around these five core values – professional
development, career advancement, job assistance,
industry collaboration and community engagement,
with the aim of maximizing values for our members and
enhancing our roles as an industry development and
change agent amongst the government, business and
technology sectors.
Last but not least, I would like to take this opportunity
to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding
efforts of our Council and Honorary advisors, advisory
bodies, various committees and working parties and
Secretariat, without their selfless support we could not
have maintained our position as a leading professional
IT organisation. Your invaluable input, hard work and
dedication have made it possible for HKCS to function
as an organic whole and make progress on every front
towards enhancing the development and status of
the ICT industry at home and abroad. With your zeal
and professionalism, I have no doubt that HKCS will
continue to break new grounds in the coming year. I
am proud and honored to be a part of our remarkable
achievements, and I look forward to another fulfilling
year ahead.
展望將來，我們會繼續圍繞五個核心價值──專業
發展、事業進展、職業協助、業界聯繫和社會參與
來訂定新的舉措，目的為盡量發揮會員的價值，並
促進我們在政府、業界和科技界中扮演的業界發展
及轉變中介角色。
最後，本人希望藉此機會向學會表現出色的理事
會、名譽顧問、顧問機構、各委員會及工作小組和
秘書處致以由衷的謝意。有賴於他們不懈的支持，
我們方可保持專業資訊科技機構的領導地位。您們
無私的付出、辛勤的工作和貢獻令香港電腦學會得
以成有具有生命力的整體，並於各範疇邁步向前，
促進本地和外地資訊及通訊科技界的發展和地位。
憑藉您們的熱誠和專業態度，毫無疑問學會來年
將會繼續創出新的成就。本人很榮幸能夠成為我們
卓越成就的一員，並熱切期待來年再度帶來豐碩成
