Mr Andy Wong

Mr Andy Wong is director of IT for the Asia Pacific geography of Nike International. He oversees two regional IT organizations, the US based IT/Business Consultancy Department and the Hong Kong based Regional Infrastructure Department. Being one of the leadership team members in Nike Asia, Mr Wong is responsible for the high level IT strategic planning and IT services deployment throughout Asia Pacific including Japan, Korea, Greater China, South East Asia Sub-region, South Africa and Australia/New Zealand.

Mr Wong joined Nike in 1997 and his experience ranges from IT operations and engineering management, to software/business applications development.

Prior to joining Nike, Mr Wong gained eight years of IT development and operations management experience from organizations such as American Express, Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd, and Marks & Spencer Ltd.

Mr Wong has a BSc in Computer Science degree and a MSc in Business Management degree. He has also awarded a management postgraduate scholarship from HKMA in 1994 among 150 postgraduate students.
