Mr Koo is a Practice Leader of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu's Secure eBusiness service line and has been an Internet Security Specialist of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu's West Coast of North America, Hong Kong and Greater China Region. Mr Koo has over 9 years experience in various information technology reviews, business application control evaluation, pre/post implementation reviews, internet security and certificate authority review, information protection consulting. He also manages and supervises various operational review, internal and external audits as well as different information technology consulting engagements with broad industry coverage; such as, financial institutions, securities, insurance, manufacturing, retail, service and government organizations.
