Mr Stephen Tam

Currently working for Computer And Technologies Solutions Limited, Stephen Tam is both a director and managing consultant responsible for the business development operations in Hong Kong. He has over 13 years of IT experience working for a number of technology firms in the United States, Australia and Hong Kong. Stephen specializes in large-scale deployment of object-oriented software application for both intranet and internet. He is also a founding member of the local chapter on Project Management Institute (PMI) - a world recognized institute of body on project management and quality assurance.

Currently, Mr Tam manages a team of over 30 professionals in Hong Kong on a number of client projects, covering both public and private sectors across multiple industries. He designed and implemented a solutions methodology focusing on e-Business deployment, particularly in the area of security framework for "net trade". Stephen's most recent participation is to architect the Hong Kong Government's Electronic Tendering System - a one of its kind e-business solutions for the Hong Kong Government Supplies.
