Mr Esmond Tong

E-services Program Manager, Greater China

Hewlett-Packard Hong Kong Limited

Esmond is the E-services program manager of HP Consulting for Greater China Region.

He leads the E-services program in the region and focus on the electronic business and call center related consulting businesses. His responsibilities include planning and leading a team of consultants to pre-sale and deliver E-services related consulting services to HP's major customers.

Esmond has led the pre-sales and implementation of the Joint Electronic Teller Services Ltd (JETCO) and Hongkong Post Certification Authority projects. He is also actively participating in other electronic commerce related engagements in the region.

In addition, he was the project manager of Internet Security Strategy Study for Information Technology Services Department (ITSD) of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government. He was also the chief solution architect of Hong Kong School Network Internet Architecture Study for Education Department of HKSAR Government.

Esmond joined Hewlett-Packard Hong Kong's consulting organization in 1994. Prior to his appointment, he worked as the regional network consultant for the Hewlett-Packard Corporate Global Network Services Team.
