With the continuous improvement of network and wireless technologies as well as the penetration of computer technology into the daily lives, the world is moving towards a direction of "Pervasive Computing". Customers are looking for full range of services over the Internet from anywhere and at anytime. At the same time, businesses would like to plan their strategies by focusing on their core competencies and customer relationship. Under these circumstances, there will be a new way of offering complete personalized "e-services" via the Net.
